Frankie is a perfectly normal twelve year old, who just happens to be a hypochondriac. He worries about everything. Most of his family and friends are worry free. His Ma is the one who listens to all his 10 p.m. questions.
Frankie is perfectly fine living in this world until the new girl shows up and has questions of her own.
